Nortos is a digital CFO service for start-ups and SMEs. We place great value on quality and efficiency and support our clients with financial administration, financial planning, controlling and corporate strategy. Our work includes monthly business and financial reviews, finance process optimisation, developing financing strategies, reporting for investors and boards, and commentary on business performance.
Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, you will support experienced CFOs and advise managing directors. You will gain insight into a wide range of finance functions, enabling fast professional growth at Nortos.
- Supporting our external CFO work: helping to manage our external CFO projects, working closely with clients and senior team members.
- Operational finance: helping to prepare monthly reports, variance analyses and budget monitoring.
- Strategic support: helping to develop and implement our clients' financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance or a related field.
- At least 3–4 years of professional experience in a finance role, ideally in a start-up or another dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of the core areas of finance: FP&A, controlling, accounting, processes and systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
