How we move businesses forward financially

Anytime Fitness needed support scaling its finance processes and international reporting during a growth phase. Nortos took over the entire finance function: from bookkeeping for all entities and consolidated reporting for the master franchisor and owners to advice on strategic project financing. As a result, administrative costs fell significantly, reporting became better and faster, and decisions on expanding the network rest on a solid foundation.

IAC Group, a global manufacturer in industrial acoustics, needed a central CFO function for strategic steering and global alignment. Nortos took on this role, overseeing reporting, risk management, project financing and representation on the Board of Directors.

emma & noah, a highly seasonal e-commerce business, faced high interest costs from inflexible inventory financing. Nortos developed a professional business and financial plan, implemented precise liquidity planning and set up flexible credit lines with two banks. This saved €100,000 in interest costs per year, optimised liquidity and freed up management through well-founded, data-driven decisions.
